Tony Guan, Ph.D., P.E. is the founder and owner of Advance Industrial Coatings (AI Coating), a Jacksonville-based commercial epoxy flooring and concrete polishing contractor serving facilities across Florida since 2012.

A licensed Florida Professional Engineer (PE #72447) and SSPC QCS-certified coatings specialist, Tony works directly with facility managers, plant managers, and procurement teams on projects ranging from warehouse floor coatings to USDA-compliant food processing installations.

His engineering background informs an approach focused on matching the right resinous flooring chemistry to each facility's traffic, chemical exposure, thermal conditions, and operational requirements — not one-size-fits-all product recommendations.
